i like their wagyu but their service super duper cannot make it imo

1)the utensil is not standardize like u see in the picture , some given plate while some r given chopping board as plate

2)food is not very standardize too , like 2 of us order asparagus with bacon , 1 of us is served sliced asparagus with bacon but another 1 of us is served the normal rounded stalk asparagus with bacon

3)only the wagyu is nice , the other 2 beef not as tender and alot of ligarment or tendon some part seem overcook some part normal

4)they are separated into streak and side dish section in their kitchen , so they duno if they served the side dish already and alot of cock up giving us the wrong side dish

5) they do not change the plate for you , which i was wonder why . could it be cost to buy new plate or cost to hire another dish washer ? So the taste of blood from the beef will stain the next beef taste imo

6) we eat finish they use tongs to pick the debris of left over food for your plate and give u a new slab of beef ( which from what i observe , they use the same tongs again n again which is a hygiene issue ,wonder got wash everytime they serve bo)

7)they do not have a proper procedure to separate the beef in term of rare , medium rare , medium , no label or what , they serve me rare when i request for medium =.= and etc

8)1 of my friend from edmw , order 1 pint of beer but in the end after he recieved his , another 2 more waitress came and wanted to pass him his beer again , imo after they pass the beer le , they should strike off from their list , so as not to have double or triple serving
